1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the SyncMusic mobile application, web streaming client, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use SyncMusic.
2. Software License & Permitted Use
SyncMusic grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on your supported devices for personal, recreational, or commercial party synchronization in accordance with these terms.
3. Subscriptions & Billing Terms
SyncMusic offers free tier access (up to 2 guest devices) and premium subscription tiers (SyncMusic Pro Weekly, Monthly, and Annual).
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to expiration.
- Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Razorpay customer mandate portal or by emailing our billing support desk.
- Price Adjustments: Any pricing updates will be communicated in advance, and existing active cycles will not be altered without notification.
4. Copyright & Audio Content Ownership
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right, ownership, or license to broadcast any audio files, music tracks, or microphone transmissions using SyncMusic. SyncMusic does not host, curate, or index media files.
5. Open Source Software & Notices
SyncMusic is built upon industry-standard open source libraries including Flutter, Dart, Web Audio API, and cryptographic primitives under MIT, BSD, and Apache 2.0 licenses. Full software license attributions are available inside the app under Settings → Open Source Licenses.
6. Limitation of Liability
SyncMusic is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the SyncMusic development team be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local network interruptions, speaker hardware issues, or hearing damage from excessive volume levels.
